Nordomatic acquires DDE, a BMS integrator, in Manchester, United Kingdom

Nordomatic proudly announces its latest acquisition, DDE MB Limited, the leading Building Management Systems (BMS) provider in Manchester, UK. The acquisition is part of the strategy to strengthen regional market shares.

DDE was founded in 1991 in Manchester; it has approximately 50 employees who will join Nordomatic to ensure the retention of expertise and customer continuity.

The acquisition is a key element of Nordomatic’s strategy to strengthen the market shares in the Manchester region and effectively respond to the growing customer demand.
